I was going to do it just for 30 days, but since I'm enjoying this so much I'm going to try 60 days. Beans have a lot of phytoestrogens dude.

 had 6oz grilled salmon and 1 cup of brocolli for lunch.

For dinner I had 8oz chicken breast. 1 cup rice. 2 cups brocolli.

Two oreos for desert.

Started cutting back on Monday. This is daily

5 whole eggs, 6 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats w/psyllium husk

50 grams whey isolate, 1tsp non-hydrogrenated peanut butter

8oz Chicken tenders, 1 cup rice

Same as #2 w/waxy maize

Train (BCAA’s interim)

Same as #3

8oz NY strip, sautéed mushrooms and zucchini

Very good dude, I'm not sure how long exactly I went with out carbs but I think it was like 3-4 months, now I just have a high carb day on Sundays and Mon-Sat I do carnivore, like I said in previous posts, get digestion, good strength gains, get lean effortlessly, good skin, hair, energy, sleep, zero bloat..

Kind of without any of the added supps (vitamins/minerals/digestive enzymes/desiccated liver tabs) I've haven't taken a single vitamin in months.

How do you like it so far?

I looked and felt great on carnivore for a week or two, but without carbs I couldn't stay away from the stimulants. Eventually I got too worried about my heart (started having shortness of breath) so I added carbs again.

It sucks, it seems there are huge benefits in most areas on carnivore, but its definitely still hard for me to stick to. Maybe if I didn't do any cardio...
