I have a good work ethic with working out and no control eating. I'm surprised I look as good as I do considering.

Ate cheerios with low fat milk and a glass of low fat milk for breakfast.

Had two hotdogs in white bread for lunch with club soda.

At work I had a tuna sandwich, pistachio nuts, hard boiled egg, banana, and an almond milk yogurt with a ton of water.

Came home and had a chicken bake from Costco that the wife bought. Had a handful of jelly beans and some potato chips with more water.

The above was Tuesday. Don't ask about this coming weekend and the beer fest that is coming.

Yesterday:

Breakfast - oatmeal, banana, peanuts, milk, coffee
Mid morning snack - saltines and peanut butter, coffee
Afternoon snack - Mike and Ikes candy, Hersheys Miniatures, coffee
Dinner - salmon, brown rice, broccoli
After dinner - more Hershey's Miniatures

Lunch 3 chicken breasts white rice 6 corn on cobs

Dinner 10 ground turkey tacos with lettuce and tomato only and 6 more corn cobs

Hahhaha they are epic dumps.Once warm weather rolls around I eat tons of corn on the cob and watermelon.

Several bags Crisps, pint of milk

2 cheeseburgers, crisps

Bag of pork scratchings, several pepperami sticks

Supper from fish and chip shop, chips with curry sauce small piece of battered fish, battered sausage, smoked sausage.

Pinto of milk before bed

Off-season starts today...

1 - 3 whole eggs, 7 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal w/cinnamon and psyllium husk

2 - 2 rice cakes with peanut butter and fig jam, 50grms whey isolate

3 - 10oz Ground Turkey or Chicken tenders, 2 cups of rice, asparagus

Train

4- same as #3

5 - Cheat meal (everyday) but will include 8-10oz 85/15 ground beef or lean beef

6 - 10 egg whites, spinach

7 - 50grms whey isolate

4000mg fish oils (Kirkland)

2 daily multivitamins (Kirkland)

CoQ10 (Qnol)

162mg aspirin
