Yesterday had

Woke up had 8 bits of thick butchers back bacon with toast plus a few bags of crisps and pint of whole milk

Trained legs then had a can of pop and slept on the cooch for a bit

Bought kids McDonald’s so had a few cheeseburgers and a spicy chicken wrap

Had a large bag of those prawn cracker things you get free when you buy a chinkies plus some crisps

Had supper from chippy, battered Fish pieces with jumbo sausage and smoked sausage with chips in curry days with few cans of pop

Ping of milk before bed

Clean off-season started today. Clean meaning no shit foods during the week but still have a cheat meal on the weekend

5 whole eggs (omega 3) 4 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal w/raisins and honey

8oz ground turkey or chicken, 10oz sweet potato w/1tbls Avocado oil

60grms whey isolate, 2 Tbls natural peanut butter

8oz red meat, 1 lrg baked potato, salad w/2tbls Avocado oil

8oz ground Turkey, 1/2 cup almonds, 1 cup rice w/1tbls Avocado oil

8oz red meat, Asparagus, 1 cup of rice



Weighed in this morning at a fairly hard 219.5

I don't know how anyone can eat that many eggs in one meal. Anymore than three eggs at one time would make me gag. I guess it's all what you get used to.

Eating too many eggs can be difficult to digest for folks who have an intolerance to them. With an egg intolerance, the undigested components of the egg enter your colon, and bacteria form around them, which can lead to (stinky) gas. Apparently, you aren't one of those people.

I was thinking more about the act of eating so many eggs at onetime. Once I my appetite is quenched, just the thought of one more mouthful of eggs, makes me gag.

I will chime in here. I am all about trying new diets out and over the last 12 months I have really increased my egg intake.  the best tasting eggs that caused the least gas were Vital Farms eggs.

I have eaten 12 eggs a day spaced out with no zero issues. ive gone as many as 18 per day too. just see how I felt.

eggs the single greatest food a bodybuilder can consume. they digest so easy, can cook them fast, take great, aval anywhere, and cheap source of protein.

Vital Farms are worth the extra a few dollars

Today so far:

Breakfast:
Large bowl shredded wheat with banana & 2% milk
Coffee with half n' half

Snack:
1 homemade beef taco
3 nectarines

Lunch:
4 eggs fried in olive oil, 1 homegrown tomato, 3 slices homemade whole wheat bread with butter
1 ground turkey patty
Coffee with half n' half

Not sure what I'll have next...maybe some pork rinds.

Still doing keto I presume?  My favorite keto desert is a quest cookie with an atkins peanut butter cup melted on top of it.  Then topped with whip cream and walden farms chocolate syrup.  I recommend trying this sometime.
