Sounds really delicious even though I just finished a large order of fries from Burgerville which were only lukewarm by the time I got home. One my my late wife's and my favorite snacks was to order fries at Shari's restaurant with a side of blue cheese dressing....absolutely fabulous! Probably not the best treat for someone eating clean.
Geezus Jay,I gained 5 pounds just reading that !!  ;D

He thinks I`m saggy.  ;D

In reality after doing no training for about 5 years,I lost a lot of size and my waist got bigger.....that`s it, as it would happen to anyone.

Now I`m gaining back size,I`m getting fuller,lost 5 or more inches on my waist,and increaed my strength about 4 X since I started back and I haven`t even joined the gym yet.

Facially I have always looked youger than I am and do not really look like some old fuck......well not that old.  ;D

If he keeps on eating cobbler and does a 2 day prep,I`ll murder him.  ;D

Appetite coming back after the Chinavirus thing....

Today

5 whole eggs, 40gr grits

50gr Dymatize Protein, 1 TSP of peanut butter

8oz teriyaki chicken thighs, 200grms rice

12pc Chicken McNuggets, Lrg fry

At the worst of the virus I went from 227 to 206...In about 2 weeks

Back up to 216 at the end of the day today

I drink a shake occasionally if I dont feel like cooking or if I`m pressed for time.

My snacks are air-popped popcorn with bogus butter spray or chocolate chip rice cakes with natty PB.

I dont mind it at all.

I generally train on an empty stomach,then I eat.

I simply can not jump out of bed and eat.....dont know how people do it,food jut doen`t appeal to me when I just woke up gotta` have a few cup of coffee first off.

I used to always train early morning on an empty stomach and I liked it
I gradually started getting up later and I shifted to training either early afternoon or early evening

Same for me. I drink coffee for at least an hour before any food sounds good

Fish and cottage cheese together does not seem appetizing. I eat hamburger with cottage cheese and sliced tomato. It is surprisingly good. Ricotta cheese might work well too although it has a higher caloric and fat content. A scoop of ricotta alongside spaghetti with marinara sauce is great....but not something people on a weight and fat loss diet would normally eat.

I eat a one pound container of cottage cheese almost every day - usually with ~ 75-100 grams of crushed raspberries mixed in.

It's usually my first or second meal of the day (depending on whether I'm training that day or not)

When I eat fish it's the sole protein source in a meal
I'll usually eat it with mixture of rice, lentils and carrots (steamed first and mixed in) with some curry seasoning https://www.frontiercoop.com/spices-and-seasonings/frontier-co-op-curry-powder-organic-1-90-oz

I mostly eat steelhead.  I buy big piece from Costo and cut it into fillets and souse vide it
Just made some last weekend

I dont eat for taste,though I like that combo....I`m eating to obtain a certain look.

When I was a skinny kid as opposed to being a skinny old man like I am today,I was a picky eater,and a junk food junkie.

You`d have to kill me to eat yogurt,cottage cheese,fish,salad and any other veggies other than green beans and a whole ton of other foods.

Through bodybuilding I made myself eat these fiods for the result I was trying to obtain.....now I love all that good clean healthy food......I guess I made myself aqquire a taste fir them.
