I did 5 sets of stiff leg deadlifts 10 reps3 sets of cable rows 15-203 sets of hammer lat pull 10-123 sets of barbell wall curls 10ishI also had taco bell and jersey mikes and pizza earlier and I needed some proper nutrition

It was nothers day went to a buffet after waffle akd sausage brekafast at the house had 3 plates of shrimp bacon saysage and gravy biscuits then went to dinner had softshelk crab then cooked a steak gad an apple with pb and a bowl of chicken soup half a gallon of gatorade a coupel coffees. Today had a waffle with sauagse then hardees country fried bis uir with taters and OJ just now having some lunch
