It was nothers day went to a buffet after waffle akd sausage brekafast at the house had 3 plates of shrimp bacon saysage and gravy biscuits then went to dinner had softshelk crab then cooked a steak gad an apple with pb and a bowl of chicken soup half a gallon of gatorade a coupel coffees. Most of that food builds ZERO muscle tissue and your weight will go up due to water/bloat not actual muscle gain ,then your edema comes back....nice tradeoff.
Gaining 10 pounds of water weight is not an accomplishment.You haven't gained a single pound of muscle since you started posting here.
