Meal #1 - Pre-Workout
1 scoop whey in water
3 cups of coffee

Meal # 2 -Post-Workout:
1 scoop whey in water
1 cup steel cut oats mixed in shake
1 banana

Meal # 3:
10 eggwhites
1 banana
16 oz. water

Meal # 4 :
1 pound of codfish
1 baked potato
16 oz. water

Meal # 5:
chicken  breast
1 cup steamed broccoli
16 oz. water

I love that shit......I dip it in a couple of beaten eggs coat it with some Panko bread crumbs and cook it on a medium heat using olive oil.

I could exist solely on the stuff but I`m not a big seafood lover at all.....I only like a few things.............fishy slit is a big favorite also.  :D

That sounds amazing!

I haven't had Elk in a few years.

Bought 15lbs of ground elk, a few pounds of ground boar, and some boar chorizo online.  It's all great.

You guys are eating great......lots of clean or fairly clean nutritional food,and not ten Chinese fast food dinners with cobbler all eaten in a row like someone here who thinks should be the go to diet for guys who train.

I havent passed blood in months knock on wood. If you were a real bodybuilder you might understand the conflicting pull of anorexia and bigorexia and how they balance out to decent sixe with abs and lean  gaining but you are not so you dont

6 whole eggs in an omelet with ham, peppers, onions and topped with pepper jack cheese. 1 cup of oatmeal with brown sugar and walnuts. Water.

Coffee with real sugar.

V8 juice.

16oz ribeye with sweet potato covered in butter and brown sugar. 1 cup white rice lightly seasoned. 2 cups boiled green beans. Water.

Half a can of roasted peanuts with a Dr Pepper.

Chicken verde enchiladas with green chilies, onions and a garlic sauce. 2 cups of steamed broccoli. Water.

Popcorn with butter.

6 liters of water throughout the day.

Anorexia and bigorexia is mental weakness. Just make a diet plan and stick with it instead of binging you aren't digesting all that stuff you are eating.
