WTF Legit LOL !! You guys are eating great......lots of clean or fairly clean nutritional food,and not ten Chinese fast food dinners with cobbler all eaten in a row like someone here who thinks should be the go to diet for guys who train.
I havent passed blood in months knock on wood. If you were a real bodybuilder you might understand the conflicting pull of anorexia and bigorexia and how they balance out to decent sixe with abs and lean gaining but you are not so you dont
Anorexia and bigorexia is mental weakness. Just make a diet plan and stick with it instead of binging you aren't digesting all that stuff you are eating.
