Where did I say gallon and yes we all know a shit ton of empty calories over your maintainance level will more than likely cause you to gain shitty weight AKA fat and excess water.

Damn right he looks good.....trains heavy and eat like a bodybuilder.....has won a ton of overall titles and height class wins..... the ones posted here are just the more prestigious contests which are the only ones musclememory.com choose to post at Tims discretion....under Chads guidance was the only time he ate remotely like you and even worse than you if that`s even fucking possible.
Moral of story he weighed three bills and all for naught .....just like if you ever did approach your goal weight,once you dieted down you would see how useless in most cases adding all that weight was since it is not real muscle tissue or if it is through gear use,it sure a Hell ain`t healthy and neither are you,especially for a young guy......and the sad part is that you don`t care if your unattainable goal kills you.....how fucked up is that?
