My onion intake has provoked many questions (here and in real life). All I was trying to do was jazz up my sad chicken & rice so I cut a medium sized onion in half and then diced that 1/2 up and sprinkled it on top of the chicken & rice. 

I like onions and it makes a boring meal not so boring.

Ahh that makes sense! I was curious as you had it listed between two shakes.

I didn't know if you had some special secret to blow up (from within).

Not getting a lot of food with work schedule so did something I have not done in a long time had a whey protein shake today will probably have one a day going forward now.

Double quarter pounder with cheese fries and a coke

Also my doctor website is down and they are not responding to emails so have a new HRT guy starting this week will see if it helps

You want to add weight you need to check it. You guys talk about weighing food why I can weigh myself and adjust my food accordingly. I need a waking weight a rehydrated weight mid day and a before bed weight to understand where the body is going and how to adjust.

What's your weight compared to what it was a month ago, 6 months ago, or a year ago.

How you eat and why you think it works is fine, but you are hardly an expert on diet and nutrition.

Can you cite someone who is, that supports your ideas? A successful professional bodybuilder would suffice.

I could care less what you weigh....you look like shit and we all know a ton of water/Gatorade and calorie dense junkfood will make the numbers on the scale go up.....it doesn`t mean you are making progress or that you look good,it means you have gotten temporarily heavier unlike the weights you use in your workouts.........don`t be late for work.............did you pack your Tupperware containers with chicken and rice.....did you put some "fart powder" in a dry shaker and carry it with you?

Bhanks, what protein are you using? You mentioned you never took protein shakes... any reason for the sudden change?

Also, why are you going to work at 2-3 AM?

 Pre markets generally don't open until 4 a.m -7 am. to 9:30 a.m.
