Today felt like a good day for a refeed to will hit the oatmeal, maltodextrin, dave's killer bread, and rice a bit hard each meal to to feel a bit fuller.
Training volume has increased and did a speed ruck with 35lbs for 6 miles yesterday and I think it made me hungry.
