Plus, hanky is an athlete, and athletes drink Gatorade.

Do you buy your Gatorade pre-mixed or do you mix your own from powder?

 I mix my own I have a jug I keep in the fridge. Fucking crazy you people think I am lying about how much gatorade I drink. Its a gallon jug I started the day with half drank it mixed up more and have about half left now. Todays mix probably has more sugar in it that store bought gatorade.

I absolutely do not use any slin tried it last summer used maybe 1/5th of a bottle haven't touched it since. I still have the same singulr bottle in the fridge I showed you guys a year ago. HGH I have used more regularly but have not touched in months. Again I have been nothing but forthright. I am currently taking TRT and anemia medication that is all. I have never considered SEO as I believe it kills actual muscle tissue and I don't use slin or any rec drugs or alcohol. I also discontinued my hemp based supplementation sorry you guys can't seem to get that. I take no nsaids or other prescription or non prescription medications or supplements. I recently started a casein whey protein that is all.

IFBB pros who have killed their natural test do not take 500 mg as trt that’s a full blown cycle.

Chris bumstead just said he uses 500 mg or less for prep and your taking 500 mg as TRT.

Correction more than a gallon jug is almost empty now. I usually make about 3/4 of a gallon at a time was 1/3rd-1/2 left this am finished it and made another jug and its pretty much empty now. Just had spagetti with meat and a glass of milk.

Everyone recommends a gallon of water well guess what is in a gallon of Gatorade? I cant drink a gallon of water a day but a gallon of Gatorade goes down like nothing. But I know you all prefer the Hatorade

Sodim and sugar are anabolic they are an essential mineral and food they are anabolic by definition. You would literally die without them that is extreme catabolism

Every pic you put up claiming I am fat I am in a shirt. Every pic I put up without one I have visible obliques and abs getting shredded is a non issue for me as I stay lean. The guy says it's a carb day then post a day of eating with very little carbs. You think I am going to be anything less than shredded tomorrow morning when I wake up? You do realize food has to get processed somewhere before being distributed to the rest of the body yes? There is a difference between a belly full of food and fluid and actual fat I have no fat

Fucking nonsense you do realize exercise increases your metabolism, yes muscle mass increases your metabolism????? If you are a 200lb plus bodybuilder you are going to be eating a lot. My diet and exercise program is great which is why I am lean. You are too ignorant to recognize that following nutritional advice society gives out for sedate skinny fat people.

I don't use slin not sure how many times I have to tell you people that. I also have not touched HGH in months. Here is an idea lets see some kind of evidence Webby and Abraham have any kind of physique to back up their so called knowledge. Exactly
