You may as well get off the gear and train for a health and fitness look
I can do both at the same time but thats my genetics.
I cant get huge without destroying my health so I keep a good look on or off gear

When I come off stage and have my clothes back on I can walk past people who have seen me onstage and dont recognise me

I eat whatever on weekends, and pretty clean during work-week.


Yesterday:

Oatmeal with bananas, scoop of whey, mixed with milk.
Buffalo Wild Wings ("Desert Heat" Dry Rub) - excellent
2 Athletic Brewery IPA's (non-alchy)
Frozen Yogurt Sundae from Tutti Frutti (Sounds like an LGBLMNOP bar).

Today:

Cheerios
Pasta w/ homemade sauce and chicken cutlets
Cheese cake (no cobbler)
Apple
Nectarine
Lots of Skim Milk

600gms chicken fillet
250gms rice

Maybe add some oats if feeling lethargic

I know you are all a bunch of slobs and think your starvation rations will eventually get you in shape they won’t that is a failed plan. You got to eat and lift to get in shape. All that starvation just destroys your metabolism. then you are all mad and jealous I can stay lean while eating. But if you actually ate and trained you would speed up your metabolism and be leaner at a higher weight eating more food.  Your body wants to weigh what it wants to weigh if you make as much of it muscle as possible you will be lean and need more calories to suport it. You can eat more and be leaner but no just keep starving yourselves you dumbfucks don’t know everything you know Jack shit @Beefcake

Doesn`t realize that this sport takes a level of dedication that most cannot master,that`s why he looked like dogshit at his so called contest............no idea what to do at all.......none.

All drugs....he does nothing to speed up his metabolism.....no cardio,no high rep squats,no fast paced training,just gear all the time, 24/7  365 days a year.

What a moronic statement....there`s plenty of bad food choices when it comes to bodybuilding Chauncey,it`s just that you don`t realize this yet cuz your meals for the week are one big cheat day rolled into 7 days.....off the gear you`d be skinny fat,cuz you sure don`t train hard or eat right.
