OK. I’ve posted numerous daily food diaries here. I always include “PEDs.” Today and today only I will list all PEDs/compounds. At first glance the list will appear extreme. As far as total milligrams go, it’s really not that much. It’s simply a program that worked for me. I do not recommend this program for anyone. It works for me and my panels/bloodwork look OK. I’m 61 years old and still compete in powerlifting and bodybuilding. Tom.
