Due to high LDL, I'm on a 2 month experiment with a more Mediterranean style of eating.3 weeks in.Miss how good I felt on the raw milk and shit ton of beef, but am trying this just to see the effect.

Whats the high Ldl number? Just had labs my ldl was 126, Tri-75, hdl 45. Total 185. Not bad for a guy on Test for the past 15yrs.
Where you are is where I was a few years' ago, and my total was 175. LDL alone was 172 this time.
