Meal # 1 Post-Workout:
1 scoop of whey in water
1/2 cup dry oats mixed into the shake
1 banana
2 Tbsp. honey

Meal # 2:
chicken breast
salad
20 oz. water

Meal # 3:
chicken breast
salad
Crystal Lite

Meal # 4:
2 scoops of whey in water

Due to high LDL, I'm on a 2 month experiment with a more Mediterranean style of eating.

3 weeks in.

Miss how good I felt on the raw milk and shit ton of beef, but am trying this just to see the effect.

Whats the high Ldl number? Just had labs my ldl was 126, Tri-75, hdl 45. Total 185. Not bad for a guy on Test for the past 15yrs.

1 + 1/2 cups of cottage cheese
water

Gonna` keep "grazing" like this to get rid of slight bloofiness......cutting complex carbs a bit except at post-workout.

 :D  Negative sir. That damn pill is still under my refrigerator- unless someone here on GB read my post, broke into my house and found that tablet while I was at the gym, or grocery store, or disco, or in a casino. It’s most likely still under my refrigerator sir.

I had a 3 egg omelette with mozzarella cheese and tomato the eggs were large and from my own Hens much healthier than store bought
