bit of both... i did my ac joint in a few month after that show, then a few weeks later tore my hamstring.. my knee degenerated over time

COOL...keep grinding cut back the cardio and train them,rest,again,1x per wk if blasted is enough.

looking good dude in all honesty- most guys who have trained for a long time will tell you not many guys can really walk around lean and grow. you seem to be one of the ones who can. for guys not using gh, its like you either look the same all the time at a low bf, or you have to put on a little weight to build a little lean. keep pushing bro.
