Dry as fuck dj, props for that! Observing those pics, I suspect that you've been cutting down the calls a bit too fast. How much time did you took to get in this conditioning?

i did that in 3 weeks time

now it's going to be tricky coz i want to put on 3-5 kilo of muscle while getting even leaner

and i'd like to put those kilos basically on my arms and pecs and calves Grin

my "advisors" told me that my delts are my best upper body part and my bis are my worst and no i ain't gonna post no calf pic Cheesy

Not sure if that period is too short, depends on your bf% 3 weeks back. 3-5 kg lean muscle while being dry as fuck? That's -IMO- not the smartest strategy to follow, but a good cycle does magic, like 300-500mg of test e, combined with some extra calls.

i'm pretty lean now and i'll try and see if i can get even leaner while adding a bit of muscle

it is damn hard to do this, but i have done it before, although when i did it before i was fatter than i am now

well, i'd estimate it that i went from 9% to 6% in those 3 weeks

before when i lost fat while gaining muscle i went from 10% to 8% while gaining 3 pounds of scale weight so my muscle gain to fat-loss was roughly 6 muscle pounds gained and 3 fat pounds lost over a 6 week period

the funny thing is, i'm even leaner now than i was in those pics which were taken last week

i want to get down to 4% and the way it's going now i'll be there in less than 2 weeks Cool

i'm full of rage and anger, and that keeps me going Grin

now watch me as i put on 10 pounds of lean muscle tissue over the course of a 3-4 month period Wink

i'm hoping to put it all on my arms and delts, but we will see
