Try using a body groomer type electic shaver instead. Unless you have really dark or heavy hair, shaving with an electic razor eliminates most skin irritation and looks about the same as if you shaved completely. I've used both and electric shaver and a razor. Although the razor shaves you so close you feel hairless at first, you end up having a stubble in a day or two anyway.

You only live once. If you can do something to improve the quality of your life why not? Of course, everything can be abused but if your testosterone level is low things are simply going to be more difficult. Needlessly so. The only problem that I've seen when married men in their 50s and older that get on HRT is that their wives can't keep up with them (if you know what I mean) unless they're way younger. I'm with someone who is 29 and a friend of mine from the gym is 53 and is with someone who is 31 so it works out.

There's a book out from some doctor who from the neck up looks late 60s but from the neck down looks like a very in shape guy in his thirties. In an interview he gave the usual spiel about diet, exercise and healthy life style but to his credit stated the importance of hormone replacement: testosterone and HGH. I'm sure he adds some other stuff but at least he was honest that you ain't getting nowhere no matter what you do if your hormones are down the toilet (Vince Basile excepted of course).  

I have been on TRT for about two years now. Wish I could have started earlier, but my previous urologist wouldn't hear of it. He retired and I started with a new doctor who was agreeable to my going on testosterone replacement therapy. It has made a world of difference in my life. Prior to being on it, I took an anti-depressant which I no longer do and I am almost never depressed. Even though I am on a low dose compared to what some juice heads take (150 mg a week of test cypionate), I have added a bit of muscle. My workouts are great and I feel really fit....especially for an old fart. On my own, I added HCG @ 250 mg twice a week and an anti-estrogen every other day. My last labs showed my complete test levels in the 750 range.

CHAOS, no intent to razz ya here but in most of your posts that I've briefly read you seem a bit bitter or somewhat negative when it comes to self improvement of any sort .... especially the attempt on the part of others to excel in a physical endeavor.

Is there a valid reason for your bitterness or am I mis-interpreting what you've been posting?

I know a good number  of individuals who never placed in various events as well as they had anticipated and they seem to display a similar attitude.

Am I even close to a decent analysis or am I completely fucked up?
