Sorry about forgetting that we communicated earlier but I do too damn much communicating on this board and also any board that is dedicated to craps and blackjack ... both of which I consider myself to be a "master-miind" at.

So I tend to forget with whom I speak.

Are you planning to continue competing? I could possibly look this up in an earlier post but .. How did you do in that masters contest?

I fail to compliment many other GetBiggers but I am surprised to notice the impressive quality of some of you picture submitters. But like everything else in life there are those who need a lot of work and encouragement ..... So to those I say, "Keep on pump'n!"

looking amazing wes, for any age, but at 56 .. damn ! gotta wonder why your legs lack any kind of definition though since your upper body is shredded.. u training those things ?

Thanks Taylor.........I train my legs super hard and always have,just no genetic potential whatsoever.

I remember when my legs were only 16 inches around as a kid starting out...............they are now 17 +1/2 inches!! LOL

No problem Stunt,my memory is null and void so don`t feel bad!

I placed 8 out of 10 guys in that show but started training late for it and was definately in the worst condition of my life before starting my prep.

One more contest on Nov. 12th. then I`m done but I will always compete as long as I can.

It helps me a lot to have fresh goals or I just go through the motions and I like to train hard and diet strictly especially as I get older.............toughe r to stay in good condition.

hard to believe cuz the rest of your body looks great. youve probably already tried this but i find that holding the peak contraction and squeexing as hard as a i can for a few seconds at the top of every rep on leg extensions really helps bring out the seperation. im a fat fuck and ive got some cuts in my legs, thats all i do for them.

Have done 405 at 160 pounds below paralell,315-12 all below paralell,and 250 for 20 or more,can`t remember............all at around 160-165 pounds bodyweight.

I`ve gotten better results with the leg press though.

My legs suck but I keep training them hard and hoping for some progress.

CHE, Here's a valid question (preceeded by a few remarks) about the guy pictured below which you posted earlier.

The guy in this photo is in damn good shape (functional muscle I call it) , but he is lacking that square pec shape that appears to be so important in bodybuilding as well as physique comps.

Do you believe that it would be possible to 'reshape' his pecs with certain exercises that would give him that 'square pec' apperance or is it simply heredity?

Last question for ya ..... would you rather looks like a heavywt powerlifter or a 182 pound ripped bodybuilder?
