new,staying lean ,eating a bit more for winter ,still no cardio lol....training 4/5 days .4/5 meals per day ,couple scoops whey thrown in ice cream/yogurt  :).

clearer pic back.'tree is sorta etched'under it is 'my fat'water area i have to edit it out kills it,45/short torso/excuse lol...i have thick/dense look i like it ,lose that taper at the bottom :-\,,from front not seen ab area looks good .flaw/flaw/flaw
