i thought about it and of course you guys are right about the real proper form of deadlifting and i will try it out next time
BUT i dont consider myself a powerlifter, im a bodybuilder, i love being strong but mostly i lift to look good, so in order to train your lower back a "goodmorning" style deadlift is much more suited for bodybuilders, right? i mean i don't give a fuck, cause i know as long as u train hard you will have muscles, just saying maaaaaayn
