On a slightly different subject (still in the twinky bodyweight category) I have started adding push ups to my general training.
I set myself a goal of doing 100 a night before bed, and I was surprised at how many I could do. It's probably down to how many years i've spent benching and how strong my tri's are too?
I was expecting to get like 5 sets of 20, but on my first set I got the wife to count me and did 44

after a couple of nights doing 45, 30, 25 I am now doing 50, 35-40, and 10 or so to finish!
I know, I know, it's gayer than firing your housemaid so you can do more to help the wife
