the shooter will get a year to drag it out.
he chased a kid two blocks telling police "he's getting away" and "these little punks" and "assholes always do this..."
Maybe they met and the kid whooped him, maybe not. Either way, a teenager ran two blocks to avoid a confrontation, and this guy pursued two blocks to have one. Shoot might be legal, but it doesn't sound right. it's a problem with the law that you can chase someone 2 blocks, making them feel threatened, then shoot them when you feel threatened.

Last I saw was that Zimmerman's lawyers want Trayvon's school records, failed drug tests, and disciplinary actions released. Martin's family was fighting it. Zimmerman's lawyers say it's needed to give a more complete background on who/what Trayvon was.

It is? Why? You are well within your rights to notice someone who is acting suspiciously in your neighborhood AFTER numerous home invasions have taken place (actually, even without the home invasions). You are well within your rights to follow him and tell the police his whereabouts. What is NOT legal is for that person to physical attack you because you are keeping an eye on him. That can get him shot.

They should. Zimmerman is still an idiot, wrong or not. He left too much gray area in his actions. If you're going to cap someone, gray area is not what you want to be in.

From George Zimmerman's mouth: "I felt he was suspicious because it was raining. He was in between houses - cutting in between houses. He was walking very leisurely for the weather. He didn't look like a resident who went to check their mail and got caught in the rain and was hurrying home. He didn't look like a fitness fanatic who would train in the rain." 4:00-4:34

As far as you know, is this the recorded extent of what aroused Zimmerman's suspicions?

With regard to that night, as far as I know, that is what made Zimmerman suspicious. However, he stated that there were numerous recent home invasions and burglaries in his neighborhood. Specifically, a female neighbor with a 9 month old was home alone when a home invasion took place. Zimmerman's wife saw the home invaders carry that neighbor's belongings across Zimmerman's backyard. Thereafter, George Zimmerman promised his wife that he would do all he could to keep her and the neighborhood safe.

What happened here? There was a media frenzy about it, race card thrown around multiple times, but where's it at now? Is it a conspiracy by the DA to drag it out until its forgotten about, then offer a plea? Keeping it BB related, Zimmerman needs some crossfit training to correct his skinny fat problem.
I was thinking about it the other day. Seems like the public and media forgot all about it...you know we as a nation have a short attention span... Now back to our regular scheduled programming, "what is Kim K wearing?"

The act of following means so much--especially when combined with aggressive words--because it indicates a contribution to unnecessary escalation. If that escalation causes damage, any contributor to it will share responsibility.

Best yet remember the term "white hispanic" . What happened was a tragedy no doubt but it just goes to show how bad the media and racist want to play the race card on whites.

I haven't heard of any allegations that Zimmerman used any words while following Trayvon (to Trayvon)...let alone aggressive words. If there are facts to the contrary, I would appreciate the correction. Nonetheless, this is a criminal case not a civil case.

all that did in the end was piss off pretty much the entire hispanic community. Wouldn't suprise me if the case is being buried until after the elections (and ignored by the loyal media) so The Great Leader doesn't get any blowback from it and miss out on that all important messican vote that they've spent so many tax dollars on securing

Anything to cause division and conflict among otherwise good people. Some will argue that divisive messaging is "best for profit", but it just seems too convenient that it also cultivates vulnerability to a subversion of freedom.

The words 240 has stated were told to the police on the phone, not to Trayvon.
