OK an arm routine for you young bucks who want to get big arms. This is a very simple but very effective routine..do not be fooled into thinking it's too little Wink   
                               Barbell curls 5x10
                               incline ez bar extensions(really stretch and work through the full range) 5x10

Nice........short,sweet,basic,and effective if enough effort is put into training them.

On the E-Z Bart Exts.,try holding in the stretched position for 2-5 seconds before extending............... .you may have to lower poundage but it`s killer!

But.......but......you can't possibly get the arms to grow from  just two excercises. You gotta hit them from every angle.  Grin

I trained arms the other night and here's what I did:

Hammer curls  3 sets

Lying cable curls  3 sets

Standing cable curls 3 sets


Kneeling cable extensions (Larry Scott's favorite triceps exercise) 3 sets

Lying db extensions  3 sets

Overhead cable extensions  3 sets

i don't like it...

Who cares ?  Roll Eyes Don't take it all too serious. I find my arms get more than enough stimulation on back/chest Days and i train arms with shoulders because for me itīs just  finishing off the muscles.

just giving you an idea of what exercises I performed that particular day.....nothing more.....nothing less.

If Wild willie agrees or not with what i wrote..it does not matter, he and a few other guys here show maturity and respect to posters.They are not immature like some here.
