i never trained traps and always had good traps and thick neck. traps don't mean shit whether you're on juice or not.

the hardest bodypart to grow is whatever your worst bodypart is... and the best is what grows the best as a natural

Biceps - hard to develop them on/off.

Maybe i simply don't like the shape and structure of the muscles. There are Chihuahuas with more developed front legs than my biceps. ;D IMHO this has more to do with the cards that we are handed at birth. Look at your parents, and look at your ancestors for prime examples. Henceforth, our genetic predisposition plays a huge part, as much as we try to overcome it with the use of hormones. Always had chest, shoulders, traps - even the legs like i was juiced to the gills, then the arms show up and the game is over. It looks like i never touched a weight.

Definetly everyones different! Cool topic n all but ask 50 diffrent people and there will be alot of diffrent answers! For me personally itd be shoulders and quads! My calves are real good considerin i was always skinny, yet my quads hardly budge apart from lookin better than what i started with! Yes i squat and have pretty decent numbers! Just one of those things which i dont really bother about anymore

Definately chest fo rme

Shoulders and traps are probably my strongest.

I like it in a way though, since very few guys seem to have real good shoulder and trap genetics.

lower body and midsection = easyest

back = second easyest

chest, shoulders and arms = impossible

My entire upper body is easy to develop, save for my crappy forearms.

Legs have always been tough for me so I hit them hardest and most often.
