My area/province is known for this disgusting mix of fries/gravy/cottage cheese refered to as "poutine" I've never tried it, don't like cheese or saugy fries.
As far as drink, I would say beer, don't drink that shit either.

I dont really care for the texture but if prepared right AND eaten within a few minutes out of the grease then they are pretty good. It's like alligator gar...I'll eat that fried as well but not if it's been sitting out for more than 10 minutes. |
