"if you're going stay for an extra scene it's not at the end of the credits"

Huh ??

I didn't get this either???

I saw it yesterday.  The Lizard was done very well.  I like the variation of the back stories in his life coming to play - his parents, flash, and now gwen stacy (sorry she has to be killed later) - was worth the admission price.

For future villians, Kraven would be just awesome. Rhino would be great.  I don't care for Mysterio (fish bowl head), Electro, Scorpion, any of the second rate characters.  Carrion would be hard to pull off but would make for a compelling story.

Yeah it's not at the very , very end of the credits as usual like the rest of the Marvel movies , they show a few credits than the scene

I would rate it a solid 7

Some things I like better about the new one and others better about the old one , especially the first one it's hard to say which one was better.

I thought Willem Dafoe was quite decent as Osborn!

He played the insane-part pretty well! :D

He did Kwon.  I just can't really explain movies like Spiderman and Superman.  They have not translated well to the big screen.  I liked the Iron mans, Avengers, and most of the Batmans though.

They showed the trailer for the new Batman and honestly I have no desire to see it. I went to the theaters to see the other two and this one doesn't motivate me at all to wanna go see it

There has been speculation that the shadowy figure is Osborn , Adrian Toomes, Mysterio, Galactus, Wes and Art Vanderlay

Like the shadowy figure with grey hair being "Wes" is more probable! :D

Wes is almost bald! :D

Spiderman---nerdy dude who has super powers, many times out thinks or out manuevers his opponents due to acrobatics. Also, has a lot of emotional content, and deals with his conflicts with his power.

Superman----an all powerful being, that even in the cartoons has his power "dumbed down" (he doesn't go full force because he knows that he could take out basically everybody and everything). WHich also is a "moral conflict".

This doesn't really translate that well in terms of "action" (which what we want to see), because Spiderman is not as strong as the "Sinister Six" and Supes is all powerful, so the storylines must deal with their failings...sure people will go see the movies, and sure they will of course make millions, but imagine if Marvel went all out with a Wolverine movie complete with lots of blood and guts? R rating, and you can't take the kids, meaning less money.

"men" in their 40's spending copious amount of time "analyzing" and "reporting" on comic book characters late at night...

in the meantime their wife/girlfriends replaying in their heads while cracking one off their encounter at a local gym with Groink/A23 alikes and wondering if "she" should make a move next time around and how tight that "physique" would feel both "in and out" of herself...

.. sorry was it DC or Marvell...

This movie was the best of all the Spider-man films so far. Garfield blows away Toby as Spider-man, by far!! His look, acting and physique are absolutely perfect! I went into this movie wanting to hate it and to ridicule it but I was blown away by the sheer Spidey-emotion of it. Peter and Gwen had such great chemistry together that I cried like a baby a bunch of times throughout it. Their love was the heart and soul of the entire movie and it worked. I can't say enough good things about it. Even my mother and daughter loved it...I feel shamed and dirty right now, but man I want a web-shooter...THWIPPPPP!!!!

After watching the Averages, Green Lamp and Thumb, I'm afraid to spend money on this flick.  I know Batman will gold , as usual, just like X-Men - Finally Got Magneto Right.

Why be afraid? It's not that much to spend.

It can't be worse than the movie "Shame" with Fassbender, or "The Room".
