Serious question: what are the odds of said gyno returning? I've never heard of that happening if most of the glandular tissue is removed
No matter what I post, these "post- op experts" will discredit me.
But I will tell you if you inquire with a plastic surgeon who does many of these operations per year, and you will get a correct answer. Some will even answer your questions via email. Some have discussed this on their websites, videos, etc.
I'm shocked that these bosom buddies have not been made aware of this.
But then again, while gyno is common, many surgeons do not do a lot of these surgeries or are not especially skilled at it.
Sadly, most people see a general surgeon for gyno removal, which is a mistake.
Contact any plastic surgeon that specializes in gyno, and you will see I am correct.
