comparatively speaking it is, but i'm a "weak f@g" just like my uncle said to me many moons ago

my best bench was 225 for a triple pause @ 155 pounds
my best dead was only 275 for a single, and my best squat was 185 for 10 reps lol
in fact, when one of my trainers trained me he used to have a fitness girl train with me, just to humilate me and i guess motivate me to get stronger, as she was able to out squat and dead me, and she weighed all of a buck 15 or so LOL!
