well, i didn't want to look like a total pompous ass, but my libidio is always high, even on ultra low cals

but sometimes excessive working out in one day can drain your libido somewhat even on high cals ,some, unless you have an ultra fine hoe, but i dont think it drains it rather than it carrys over into the next day "supercharged" if you workout excessively hard

not eating and not doing much is a good way to get a blood clot and die

on low cals youll be straining to bust one nut on a hoe

dont even try busting a nut after a hard workout on low calories , not gonna happen youll be limp because the body will be in defense mode/ saving energy mode

if you keep restricting calories your body will turn on you and wish to go in hybernation mode because you arent giving it any resources to live off on

if youve sweated alot on low calories you wont have enough blood sugars to fill up your wang for fucking, sure you might still be able to just master bate but not do physical fucking cause therese no glucose

genetics is a good way to get a blood clot, but regular exercise does improve one's health and that's for damn sure brother falcon

comparatively speaking it is, but i'm a "weak f@g" just like my uncle said to me many moons ago :'( :'( :'(

my best bench was 225 for a triple pause @ 155 pounds

my best dead was only 275 for a single, and my best squat was 185 for 10 reps lol

in fact, when one of my trainers trained me he used to have a fitness girl train with me, just to humilate me and i guess motivate me to get stronger, as she was able to out squat and dead me, and she weighed all of a buck 15 or so LOL!

you never take falcon advice straight up you go onto your own twist

fine ill play that game too, and say, your genetic get turned on or off depending upon how much or how little you eat and what you eat

now the only way i could see you eye to eye or meet in the middle if you will is if you had one spoon full of every type of food per day and only THEN i would beleive you are getting in what your body really needs SINCE YOU WANT TO DIEt

i don't eat 800 cals every single day, i mainly do that 2 or 3 times a week, other days i eat more normal, around 2000 cals per day i'd guess

my leg strength has went up quite alot over the past 2 months and of course my wheels are bigger now, so now i'm shifting focus back onto my suckass bis and delts

my whole "thing" is prefect proprtion, and i'm looking for all bodyparts to match and flow together very nicely, except for my calves, coz i really just don't give a flying fuck about them :D :D :D

also, i'm not into the size game, i'm thinking that ideal for me and my tiny frame (6 inch wrists) is 5'11" @ 175-180 @ 6%


Those are some tiny wrists. Mine are 9". I am also 5'11" @ 201 lbs. today. If I got down to 175-180 lbs. I could also be at a much lower bodyfat ratio, but probably not as low as you are. I am not sure that is healthy though for the average person.  From what I can figure out, 15% is about right for a man who is fit. There was a time when I was a little taller than I am now and weighed 126 lbs. Needless to say, I was literally skin and bones.

I wonder if it makes a difference in energy usage that, since the prostatectomy, I no longer ejaculate, when I orgasm because the seminal vessel was removed along with the prostate. It doesn't affect libido.

when i was running track and cross country back in high school i weighed roughly 130-135 @ 5'11"

when i got my VO2 max tested at The Ohio State Univeristy at 23 years of age i weighed roughly 140 and my VO2 max measured out @ 71 ml/kg/min which is at the elite level 8)

now i'd say that it's maybe 35-40 ml/kg/min lol
