true,,,wheeler and kev started smaller if thats possible and shredded for there 1st mro's and yeah 97 kev and 96 he was at his biggest 'shaved 'head yrs and wheeler got bigger 96-99 with his look ,,,that would have been interesting top 4,,kev had legs too in his early yrs like kai and heath maybe not crazy like kai's but he good wheels,,, |

the olympia has always been about size, and the guys from the 90's had it AND the density

Yep! This rivalry they have is making them both better (not bigger, but better), and is possibly the best thing that could have happened to bodybuilding. Throw in the emergent and aesthetic Shawn Rhoden, and you've got to be big, shredded and well shaped or forget top 3, or with Dexter resurgent for now, top 4.

the problem is the guys from the 90s had the conditioning...then they lost the conditioning for size as the 90s went on. Now we have athletes with extreme size and extreme conditioning something only perfected by Ronnie and Dorian. Add two the the list cause 5'9 Heath at 246 lbs looks insane. Like stone. And Kai at 5'8 256lbs is fucking sick. This is what Flex, Levrone, Ray and Cormier was supposed to be. Heath and Kai are that. |

Wiggs, I agree completely. However, I feel that Dorian 1993 Mr. Olympia should be behind RC...pick a year  . Barring that, Kai and Phil shit over all other bodybuilders ever including Dorian 1992/1994/1997 and Ronnie 2004. Phil has the best muscle belly tie ins ever. If he were as wide as Ronnie, there wouldn't even be a question of who is the best of all time. |

no way... below- would all beat kai and phil 93...yates and flex ol 97...yates and nasser...too much mass 01...jay and ronnie 06...jay and ronnie watching the night show, kai was smooth and flat..he looked better when he won the ny show last year...triceps and quads were more striated, bigger, harder and even the color was better kai never even came close to beating jay, let alone the guys from the 90's who would have beaten jay |

The only time wheeler showed up to anything close to the condition of Ronnie, Dorian, Phik or Kai was in 93 at 216 lbs at 5 10 and 98 arnold classic at 232. Even then, Phil and Kai have advanced it to a new level. |
