good, strict form is a yates trademark. he will have had it drilled in to him from day one!

Yeah, most def. Yates' "Blood and guts" is one of my fav training DVDs, but it's damn hard to train like that for years.

When we usually say 'good form' it usually means the exercise is performed in a controlled fashion through a 'full range of motion'. Whether this is beneficial or not, it probably isn't known... Anyway, why is perfect form such a big deal anyway? ??? Whats so hard about it?

The best form is the one where you have to use the least amount of weight. Path of most resistance.
