Good exercise form, but he looks rather like Dorian's brother or a teen version of Branch
Youre smart my friend
with that strict form you can tell he learnt from the master
as natural as taking a penis in your mouth
But how many switch back to their original form when the cameras are away?
good, strict form is a yates trademark. he will have had it drilled in to him from day one!
Good exercise form, but he looks like he s on steroids
fixed
Yeah, most def. Yates' "Blood and guts" is one of my fav training DVDs, but it's damn hard to train like that for years.
'Strict' form is a totally abstract concept, what matters more is what form helps the activation of the muscle the best given the persons anatomy. When we usually say 'good form' it usually means the exercise is performed in a controlled fashion through a 'full range of motion'. Whether this is beneficial or not, it probably isn't known... Anyway, why is perfect form such a big deal anyway? Whats so hard about it?
