Your bicep needs four exercises to completely get the all parts of the bicep. You need one for the lower. One for the upper. One for the middle. One for the peak.  ::)

make sure you have a five day loading phase for your creatine "cycle!"

How is that "broscience"? Plenty of people have done that (myself included) and it's  yielded great results, usually for first-time users.

First time I loaded with it, I gained 7 lb in a week and 12 in 21/2 weeks. That was back in 1996.

I haven't replicated those results, since them. Again, that tends to happen with first-time users.

Basically everything that came out of Milos Sarvev's mouth in order to sell his BCAAs was prime broscience

His brutal high rep workouts followed by brutal insulin intake worked didn't they. His guys turned into monsters, none of them won a show, some of them died, but monsters nonetheless.

You can not get lean on carbs.

You don't need carbs, being in ketosis is perfectly healthy.

Eating hundreds of grams of protein per day is perfectly healthy.

"Bro don't do deadlifts and squats they'll give you a thick waist"

I remember reading this quote from Kovacs in old magazine article. :D
He never recovered from the deadlifts and squats he did when he was 20..

Also, broscience needs to be exact, the specific number of reps has been determined:

"12 reps for cuts, 8 reps for mass"

Three of them did win shows: Luke Wood, Hidetada Yamagishi, and Silvio Samuel.

Yes I suppose that is accurate.

What about the old "dumbbell pullovers to expand the ribcage" workout haha :D

"12 reps for cuts, 8 reps for mass"

Haha yes

stick to the basics - do only compound exercises like heavy squats, deadlift and bench press in the first 10 years (bulking phase)
