As soon as True Adonis finishes whipping up a batch of Ebbeneezer Scrooge Biscuits with a side of John Fitzgerald Kennedy Raspberry Jam, he's gonna kick your ass.

In this issue of _____  never seen before pics of arnold and training secrets he has never told anyone

- Rinse your ground beef (suprised no one has said this one)

- You need 2x your bodyweight in carbs after your workout

- You can use the same needle 100x without a probem

- Never do your squats last because you will surely get injured

- This 24 hour bicep/tricep workout will add 1" to your arms

How is that "broscience"? Plenty of people have done that (myself included) and it's  yielded great results, usually for first-time users.

First time I loaded with it, I gained 7 lb in a week and 12 in 21/2 weeks. That was back in 1996.

I haven't replicated those results, since them. Again, that tends to happen with first-time users.

Bro science is not necessarily 'wrong', bro science denotes a sort of jock/laymans understanding of real science that may or may not be true. Professionals/scientist are not always correct with their ideas either, and sometimes deliberately misinterpret data for profit motivations..

Haha yes, "My legs are already strong from walking."

withholding from self-gratification will increase test levels

I once heard someone say you should jack off but not "complete the act" if you will, prior to working out, because it raises your test.

"standing and walking around all day is all the training you need for your legs"

I've heard that one, added "since your upper body will be heavier, the legs will grow from the extra effort."

Is there a more bro-ish lift than "21s" with the ez-curl bar?

7 reps from full extension --> halfway
7 reps from halfway --> full flexion
7 reps from full extension --> full flexion

Blast those bis!!!!

We've had some epic broscience nuggets of wisdom on getbig throughout the years, and even the sarcastic lines/advices given are hilarious sometimes.

Let's see who can come up with the best one line of brotastic fitness advice. Winner will get a set of my handmade 'Full body muscle blindfold' to keep those muscles guessing.

One or two million years of eating only meats and greens and suddenly we think potatoes and simple sugar should be part of our diet.

^good quote

Potatoes and the like facilitated population growth, but at the expense of the peoples' vigor.
In industrial England the population actually started to shrink compared to the Middle Ages--due to food of this sort (as well as the pollution associated with urban life of course)
