try to rip the bar apart when benching, or your triceps won't get "activated"

flex your triceps at the bottom of a curl, it will give your biceps added strength

be careful with deadlifts, they are a "CNS destroyer" -- more than one good set will surely ruin you for the rest of the week

You should do flies for mass because bench press doesn't isolate the chest.
