Seems like a reasonable daily diet. . . for three Nepalese Sherpa carrying 100 pound backpacks up Mt Everest.

Now that you mention it, Tommy, he does look like a Sherpa; especially, since his face betrays his mountainous, geographic origins: Him a Lie Ya ;D

Below is a photo of Kyoshi before he started his special diet and switched careers.

Pathetic attempt to prove natural status by listing extreme diet that nobody could follow. Its not steroids its the diet. Worse than ernie taylor claiming his triceps were real

if anyone ate like that, even being "clean" food, they would be a fat fuck.  all of those carbs would leave anyone in a bloated mess.

You can't diet and grow into a show as a natural, it's just not possible from any standpoint.

Way too much protein.  He could change it to 8oz per meal and be just fine.

Of course he doesn't eat like that.  This is just a gimmick to keep the subject off of the fact he uses drugs just like everyone else

Bodybuilding is about getting attention.

Lying is, a lot of times, about getting attention.

So here's comes a lying Bodybuilder, wow, amazing.
