I have been doing these at the end of my "push" (chest/shoulder/tri.) workouts. It has been very good at really isolating the triceps. I call these "concentration pressdowns".
good exercise , but why not use a single handle attachment for a better grip? ,no disrespect intended.
Thatīs a good idea.. bit like a cross between a tricep kick back and pressdowns with an Arm blaster(you never see that now) nice at the end to finish your triceps off. NICE.
I perform cable one arm overhead extensions.......great finisher......i also prefer the ball attachment.....without the handle.
exactly willie,,,,i do side laterals that way and pull elbows up hands finish foward,,,hits delt little different...
