It is recovering for sure just slowly. I cannot bench press with a barbell it hurts. Feel it is rotator cuff so once that heals I will be happy.
Bench day is just Incline DB, some v v v light incline barbell (reintroduced this week) and cable crossovers.

KB = ancient Girya in Russian & Giravik = person who use them ( KB's World Champ told me).
