the past 3 days i've really been trying to continue on with the force feeding, but it's really becoming a goddamn chore so now i'll clean up the diet a bit while going for a body recomp ie. going from 9% to 6% while maintaining my current bodyweight, or even adding a few more pounds

i'll hit the db inclines once again today and i'll blast out the 85ers Cool

New: Has Ace made solid Muscle gains in his specified time frame or mostly fat? I have seen recent pics here is my take.

Arms - Increased, Chest - same lost cuts. Back - same, Delts -same, Legs - none.

Summary - Arms increased due to a bit of both fat and muscle, the rest most of the size from fat ie, bulking dont work for him.

thanks bro, i had my blood pressure checked at the doc's a few weeks ago as i was having some reflux problems and it came up 118/76 so not too shabby and i was rather shocked coz i figured it would be a bit high

ok fellas i'm going to get as ripped as i was here and we will see how much lean dry muscle i have put on

15 put me at 4 4.5 here and i weighed all of a buck 52

i hope and pray that i will at least be a buck 60 this time, and i'll fully admit that i'm afraid about it, coz if i haven't gained at least 6 lean dry pounds of muscle then all this gear and training i've been doing has been in vain, but fuck it i gotta face my fear and go for it

i just started my diet three days ago and i've lost 5 pounds already, going from a buck 75 to a buck 70 but it's mostly just food in the gut and a little water as i was overeating recently

i'm afraid and pissed off at the same time, what a great way to feel LOL

p.s. i will be this ripped and dry again in two to three weeks MAX

you were still a bit wet behind the ears the last diet to get lean...your eating more now and still lean so that should tell you something,plus your bigger 'obviously the compounds help..i think you will look fuller and with same or close to deep condition theses pics,,you have to play with the calories .

Just wondering (since it's winter and all) why wouldn't you take a few more months and continue to build more tissue?? This way when you cut back down you'll 100% ensure that you've put on some good tissue...but in any case i think that you'll see some good improvements that you'll be happy with

honestly it's to face my fear, i've wanted to get as lean as i was before to see how much lean dry tissue i've put on, as that rippedness was almost two and a half years ago

so if i haven't put on at least five lean pounds of lean dry muscle tissue then maybe i should just go on HTR and maintain what i have, rather than spend the cash on gear since it will show i really didn't get much out of it

also, i've got "female pressure" from female friends and my own mother, my mother is a open minded female but she ain't too keen on my usage, and yeah homos like me have just a few female friends  Grin

yeah i know i should be alpha and not let females influence me so much, but i'm a honest dude so it does effect and speak to me somehow

and i also love being ripped coz it's my best genetic blessing i think, so why not take advantage of it

i can easily eat a xxl pizza or a big mac, double quarter pounder with cheese and super size fries all in one sitting, so i can eat ALOT  Wink

my x trainer told me one of my genetic gifts is conditioning so why not capitalize on that  Cool

just measured my a skinfold ad it's 7 mm, in my ripped pics it was 3 mm, so i'm getting there

p.s. my back of the hand skinfold is 2 mm, so 2 mm is just skin

my plan is once i get ripped to eat in a slight surplus and not overeat

in those pics i was on 20 mg of superdrol ed

now i'm on 20 mg of superdrol ed and 50 mg of tren ace eod and 50 mg of test prop eod

i'm a little it shocked fellas as i weighed in today and i've gained 2 pounds but my ab skinfold is down 1 mm, from 7 mm to 6 mm, so i'm leaner than before, but heavier  Cool
