yeah, that's true, but i gotta admit that it's becoming a real fucking pain in the ass force feeding myself to eat so many damn fucking calories >:( >:( >:(

i eat a legit 4000-4500 cals per day and i gained nearly 6 kg in 2 weeks and i'll gain another 6-8 kilo in the next 3-4 weeks

BOOOOOOMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!

gained another kilo over the past 3 days and a very hot girl in shiny black leggings smiled and winked at me today as my pecs are fillling out so very nicely with my wideass shoulders set across my slim and narrow waistline 8)

i'll gain another 5-7 kilo over the next 3 weeks no problemo

did the inclines again today and i punched out 6 reps with the 75 pound bells

starting weight was 70 pound bells for 5, so look out 90's....

yeah i guess that you're right, as it's roughly a 30% increase

and here i'm thinking that i'll get up to the 110 pound bells within 3-4 months lol

also, i've been hitting hacks and calf raise fairly regularly and my girl just made a comment last week that my ass is getting fuller and thicker and that she's diggin it 8)

she's a smart girl, and she knows physique actually

she said that she can notice the gain in my upper calf near the knee but that i don't have much lower calf muscle ie. that i got high calves

so yeah she knows physique

and on the hacks i moved the feet a bit closer together and i take the reps a bit lower and now i can only use 85 kilo and the whole stack is 195 kg

but when i did them with my feet wider and not going as low as i go now i was using 165 kg so it fucking sucks to be using such a pussyass weight now >:( >:( >:( >:(

here's the exact machine i use btw

You need lower calves hitting the soleus seated calve raises are in order.

yep, that's a hack squat and yep i do calf raises on it too

in fact i can use more weight on it doing my calf raises than i can doing regular hacks which is pretty fucking funny actually

but i guess i got kinda strong calves from being a former athlete ie. basketball player and track and cross country man 8)

and yeah mr trollbody i can't dunk but i'm very sure that i'm much quicker than you, so i'd easily blow right by you and put in a right or left handed lay-up ;)

if i keep up this pace i will have gained over 200 pounds in less than one year ;D ;D ;D

but actually i'll probably just gain another 20 pounds or so

bodyfat is still around 8%
