He uses mainly painless pumps and mixes some synthol to make injections smoother.  From what I hear PP is not near as painful as synthol.

yeah you wont build much muscle lifting overly heavy either. shit destroys your joints. hell i had shoulder and back issues at 19 because i was an idiot and lifted too heavy. lifting much more sensibly now and havent had a sore joint in over a year.
