yeah you wont build much muscle lifting overly heavy either. shit destroys your joints. hell i had shoulder and back issues at 19 because i was an idiot and lifted too heavy. lifting much more sensibly now and havent had a sore joint in over a year.

I have known that feel, rush, i was young and careless too , without responsabilities, full of -natural test- and abusing creatine,eating 5 meals a day lifting two hours a day 6 days a week, i reached my natural plateau a long time ago, then...i grew up, work, wife, immigration, kid... you re so fucking inexperienced it's funny. No, and if there was it would be a 2 inch range of motion with the most amount of swinging you would ever see.

All my lifts are done full range, no swing, clean good quality form and can still crush cswole lifts and I can prove it right now.

I have nothing against him but he's running his mouth as of late about his lifts, so cwole what are you waiting for let's do this.
