How do you train differently than our juiced counterparts?
What are your do's and donts?

Probably the biggest difference in training ive seen and experienced as a natural is how nattys heavily depend on progressive overloading and heavy weight for growth moreso than when compared to enhanced bbers. You can often spot naturals by their p4p strength. You wont find too many well built nattys doing light weight high reps.

the difference is on juice you get results that are visible to other people

natural you get results that only you feel are there or none at all depending on your level of self delusion

Some of the thing i found in years of trial and error

Finding the volume that works for you, too little is as unproductive as to much.

Deloading every 4 to 6 weeks, a natural will burn out after too many progressive workouts.

Strength gains are important but not at the expense of form or adequate volume.

Progressive overload. Doesn't matter if it's set of 4 or sets of 20 as long as you are getting stronger using good form.

Lifting no more than 3-4 days a week. I actually remember a younger guy at my old gym who only went Monday and Thursday and had some very good progress. I personally prefer 3 days per week but I had good  results with 4 as well.

forgetting sub 8 bf and eating lots when lifting heavy....realizing that juiced will look bigger/better but like fake tits, will deflate someday and look like shit.

so the only thing they CAN do is delude themselves by lifting "heavy" weights for low reps and thereby getting increased neuromuscular efficiency and getting better at that lift (squat bench dead)

then they are there grinding out 2.5 plate benches for 3-5 reps feeling like they accomplishing something over "the big bad juicers who are only doing the same weight for a couple more reps ha ha ha"


their perception of bodybuilding reality is totally fucked up and they wonder why people never comment on their "gains" in real life

you guys should leave the squabbling for the G&O... i'd also suggest that promoting steroid use should be kept on the roid board


drug addiction is nothing to glorify... if it makes you happy then do it (i certainly enjoy alcohol, caffeine and thc) but don't pretend like their use is the only way to live a life

If we are talking a guy who is a hardgainer then this is another matter. Abbreviated workouts are better. Solid short workouts with Basics..ala BRAWN

so you are saying 5x5 does not work? listen i have been around the block. If your Body reacts to volume,supersets...then do it. Stuart mcRobert hit the nail on the head in BRAWN. I have trained with both volume and abbrievated workouts. I think you can alternate both...i do.

I know this is very unlikely since other areas of your life are extremely successfull. Surely if you applied the same efforts and logic into your natural training endeavors success would be almost certain. I know that this idea is improbable but still may have to be considered despite it's absurdity.
