210.    Can do 315 x10 flat.   315 x 7 incline.   No roids ever.   Max I ever tried was 425 x 1 which I got.  

315 x 10 at 210 body weight last week, no roids nothing.

y best ever is 315 for 12 flat      7 on incline.   All at 210 bodyweight.   Clean as as a whistle.   No roids nothing.

I'm 35 and feel as strong as ever.   I dont do roids, but have been lifting hard since 17 y/o and and built like a tank.

I dont touch roids and can out lift any of these punks since all they do is arms, bench, delts, and a little back.

I take a huge red bull and hershey's bar before I lift, but thats it.
