Can someone please tell me when this whole 'swiss ball' movement got underway? Swiss ball everything it seems, but squats seems a bit out there.
if youre into bodybuilding its totally useless, but its a great tool for developing core stability if youre interested in functional strength or athletic performance
i tried the squats but i couldnt even stand on the ball, let alone squat, let alone squat with weight ... to be able to do that with controll would require tremendous balance
the only things i do on the ball are dumbell presses with my feet together .... i use just about the same weight but it feels alot better
