Larry scott was the best , Long full biceps and great forearms...scott curl ring a bell ?

Agree; Lee had great bis. even as a twink. But Arnold's split was just superb and had that peak of peace. Both had similar biceps shape; you don't see those anymore.

its not hard to hit it properly,its very easy.

its just that it exposes all structural flaws.


the rdb is "hard" to hit properly.

comeone, front db is easiest of all.,you stand there and raise arms and flex them.boom thats it.
