did chest workout with dumbell only,used weight that i can do 8reps strict pushed to 11-12 reps
the pumps is insane just after the first set,chest is filled with blood
9 sets total of flat,incline and decline finished with 3 sets of flyes and 1 set pushup as much as possible.
downside is the pump gone quite quickly compared to when i'm using different type of weights.
9 sets??? what are you a girl..... its 30/40 sets per body part
