anything works as long as its weighted.  Personally - I FNG hate running, cardio, etc.  RUNNING SUCKS!!!! 

Jogging SUCKS!!!

Swimming - BORING!!! 

Golf and tennis - fuck that shit. 

Biking - too easy usually

listen if you walk cross Country with some hills in there with a weighted Rucksack. itīs good. we used to Run..Speed march...run...etc. good stuff.

Its what I found works best for me as I get a little older and need to be in more functional shape vs bb type shape

I see these skinny types jogging around - no fng way - screw that crap.  I cant think of anything I rather do less than straight running or jogging.

Trail running adds about 2 min to each mile time for me.

It added 30 min of nausea to me....went to the gym after and sat in the parking lot for a few minutes before I could go in.

Ran my fastest 10k in 58 on trails then did another 7 miler right after. 7 Mile recovery run Sunday in Central Park less than 9 weeks till my next full and 2 20 mile training run next two Saturdays. Got a few halfs after the marathon then a little rest then get ready for a 50 k marathon in Maine in May..I love cardio
