the "Lost" ones i replace with carbs.
differenc is sliiight thining out, less fullness somewhat, but much less stomach bloat and less bloat under the skin, not that i had any or much before, but weirdly, the physique gets drier.but flatter.
to say its exactly the same would not be honest, but its ok, fair enough.
not sure if one can make true muscle gains like that, but to maintain its just good enough.
the feel better comes from stomach not having to deal with the permanent fullness, meat takes forever and an eternity to digest.the waist got even smaller than it was before.on empty stomach looks almost unreal.
but gains, as in muscle gains(sure one could add many carbs but the gain wouldnt be the same),i def dont think its good for that.
the gains with increased carbs would simply be more fat gained.
